    u are a good guy already. No need to change urself, because some Russian chick writes something on her Russian blog expressing her Russian thoughts and criteria. But u should realise urself, that smoking and heavy drinking is a BAAAAAAAAAAAAAD thing for ur precious health 🙂

    But if ya like a free advices in a dating department – I am ur “man” to ask. :))) I can get u any girl u like, but well..u’ll have to endure a lot for this. The victory comes with a price, ya know.

    At the same time, think whether it worth it. 🙂 Tho I really respect ur will to improve on ur regime and health. Good stuff. If my blog can make u think of it – its doing a good job. 🙂

    All the best with trying to rid of those nasty habits. If your looking for more dating potential then swearing those things off will help alot.

    Although cold turkey might be abit to much of the good stuff, especially when C1 is busting your noodle 😉

    I’ve seem to hit rock bottom here so I guess things can only get better…
